Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking a graphic/interactive media designer to support the development of training products for government and commercial clients.

What You Will Be Doing:

You’ll work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team to develop graphics and media for training products. Tasking may include developing images from scratch based on written guidance and/or a rough sketch provided by a Subject Matter Expert or modifying/enhancing existing images, animation and video obtained through secondary sources. Your tasking may also include adding interactivity to static graphics created by other designers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (i.e., Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Design, etc.) with 2 years of experience OR Associate’s Degree in a related field with 4 years of related experience.
• Expertise using Adobe Animate and/or creating interactive content.
• Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for U.S. Government security clearance*.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in editing video content.
• Advanced competency in using Adobe Create Suite tools.
• Experience developing media for training content.
• Ability to create 3D models using tools like 3DSMAX, Maya, Blender.
• Experience with Captivate, Articulate 360 and/or other courseware authoring tools.

*Obtaining a U.S. Government security clearance involves a comprehensive background check. Candidates are eligible for a clearance if they have demonstrated sound financial management (including good credit) over time, are free of criminal records, have limited foreign contacts or ties, and other factors indicative of a position of trust to protect information sensitive to the U.S. Government.
